Music Licence

You may
- Use the music in your own content — YouTube videos, TikTok, Reels, Twitch streams, podcasts, films, games, apps and adverts, including monetised ones.
- Play the tracks during live, in-person DJ sets and venue performances, excluding any radio or online streams of live or recorded mixes.
- Keep using anything you have already published, even if you later cancel your plan.
- Listen to it on any device you own.
You may not
- Sell, share, upload or give the audio file to anyone else, in any format.
- Release the track as music — on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Bandcamp, Beatport, SoundCloud or any store or streaming service, on its own or in a compilation.
- Upload it to YouTube or similar as a music upload (audio with a static image or visualiser counts as this).
- Register it with Content ID, a PRO, a distributor or any rights-management or royalty system.
- Claim you wrote or own it, or resell it as samples, loops, stems or in a sample pack.
- Use it to train an AI model, or in anything unlawful, hateful or defamatory.
What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use the music, not the music itself. The licence is worldwide, for as long as you like, and cannot be cancelled for content you have already published. It is non-exclusive: the same track is licensed to other customers too, so you should not treat any track as uniquely yours.
Your published work is safe
Anything you published while your licence was valid stays licensed forever. Cancelling a subscription does not take that away — you simply lose the ability to download further tracks, and to re-download from your library, until you subscribe again.
Content ID and royalty systems
You must never register a SYNTHBUS track with YouTube Content ID, a collecting society, a PRO, or any distributor or royalty-management service. Because the same track is licensed to many people, one registration would generate false copyright claims against every other customer. Doing this ends your licence immediately and you remain responsible for the damage caused.
Credit
No credit is required. If you would like to give it, “Music: SYNTHBUS” is appreciated.
How the music is made
SYNTHBUS tracks are produced with AI music generation tools under a commercial licence that permits their sale and licensing. You are buying the right to use these recordings under the terms above.
If you break these terms
The licence ends immediately and you must stop using the music and delete your copies. Reselling, redistributing or releasing the tracks as music also makes you liable for any loss it causes. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
