How does downloading work?

Press Download on any track and the file starts immediately — one credit comes off your balance and the track is added to your library, marked as downloaded. There is no basket and no checkout step.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Your credits reset to the full amount on each renewal date, and anything unused that month is not carried forward. Your remaining balance is always shown in the menu bar.

Do I need an account before I pay?

No. Choose a plan, pay, and we create your account against the email you paid with. You will get a link straight away to pick a password — that is the only setup step.

What happens if I cancel?

The files you have already downloaded are yours — they stay on your computer. Your library also stays listed in your account, but re-downloading from it needs an active plan, so keep your own backups. Resubscribe at any time and the whole library unlocks again.

Is the Supreme Player really included?

Yes — both plans include the Supreme Player desktop app at no extra cost, for as long as your subscription is active. Your licence key appears in My Account once you subscribe.

Can I change plans?

Any time. Upgrading to Pro gives you the larger credit allowance from your next billing period, and switching down works the same way. Both are handled from your account page.
